The following questions are a screen to see if poor sleep has an impact on you, with a simple yes or no answer – if you answer ‘yes’ to 2 or more of these questions, then an iSleep™ assessment may help you to overcome the detrimental effects that a lack of sleep has – with a positive outcome on your health and wellbeing, performance, motivation, relationships and energy.

If you are struggling with sleep, then there is help available.  Our iSleep™ service provides dedicated and highly targeted support for both children and adults with insomnia, providing expert advice, and, where required, specialist intervention via our R.E.S.T.™ treatment programme.

We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi) – the NICE recommended guidelines for treating insomnia disorder. All our work is evidence based and clinically effective in a wide range of populations including those having problems with mental health, pain and brain injury and our programme is effective for both adult and child clients.

iSleep Assessment

Once you have purchased your iSleep™ assessment, our friendly team will be in touch with you with the assessment form (please note that this will be from 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).

The form is very thorough, but will only take around 30 minutes to complete.

Your form comes back to our expert team and is treated with the strictest confidence.  We follow the British Psychological Society code for working ethically.

Our experts write a report for you based on the answers you have given and make recommendations that when followed will help you to improve your sleep.

Once you have read your report (we will send it to you within 2 weeks of us receiving your completed form) we arrange for a follow up consultation with a Sleep Doctor to go through the findings and further support you.
